Perhaps the greatest tragedy bestowed upon a family is the harsh consequence of having a child plagued with Cancer. Helping children with cancer and their families cope with their reality is, perhaps, the most humbling service we can provide. While treatment interventions and techniques are improving, both Science and Medicine are still faced with uncertainties in navigating the course for a cure.
Every Kid Counts – The Lion and The Legend is committed to providing hardship assistance to these families. Through our Terms of Giving EKC will empower these children’s fight to survive and embolden their family’s courage throughout their fight.
P.A.C.E – A Positive Attitude Changes Everything is the most important theme we can impart to these children and their families throughout their ordeal.

As importantly, EKC is committed to collaborating with the Clinicians who dedicate their lives tending to the children and their treatment; and to the Scientists who search for interventional treatments. EKC’s collaboration with the Medical and Scientific community will endeavor to provide them with the resources they need to acquire the skills and tools to cure these children.
The marriage of science and computing has significantly improved the molecular sciences. Scientists are more emboldened now than ever! More resources are needed to bring more brilliant minds and brilliant talents into this arena of scientific innovation. Our children need us to put time on their side!
